Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 tblsp of milk
  • Melosa to taste

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat
  3. Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
  4. Drizzle the Melosa.
