Ingredients

  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% up)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 ml of Melosa
  • 1/2 teaspoon (dessert type) of baking soda.
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 80 g of wheat flour
  • 50 to 100 g walnuts or chocolate chips

 

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the stove to 350 °F.
  2. Prepare an aluminum mold and place waxed paper on it.
  3. In a glass bowl put the butter and chocolate, melt in the microwave on high power, about 45 seconds.
  4. Mix with a fork, add the brown sugar, the Melosa and the vanilla, incorporate completely, add one egg and stir until completely incorporated, do the same with another egg.
  5. Add the flour and bicarbonate, stir until incorporated. Add nuts or chocolate chips if you prefer, then mix.
  6. Pour into the prepared mold.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is still slightly damp and gently rebounds when touched.
  8. Let cool and cut into squares.
